1. Return Eligibility

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:
• Order ID
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Clear photos of the product

4. Return Shipping
If the return is approved:
• We may arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by MastiBee.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item:
- Our team will inspect the product
- If approved, the refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Refund Time
Refund processing usually takes:
5–7 business days
However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can request a return after delivery.
